Is coloring just for fun?
While some look at coloring as busy work that is just for fun, there are actually benefits to coloring.

Another fun idea is to add water colors. Children can then work on mixing colors and other art skills.
Not only will students work on find motor skills, it will also provide a creative outlet. Some students enjoy creating patterns or using unique color combinations. Encourage your children to use new colors.
Coloring can also offer a tool for relaxation. Some children might scribble to let out frustrations – this is ok!
